Job description:
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Work Timings : 09.00am – 06.00pm
Wednesdat to Monday working (Tuesday week off)
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Your job is to interact with customers, understanding the requirements, Sales pitching, Model house demo, Miniature explanation
The candidate should be proficient in English
He should be a good team player with persuasive skills
Experienced in any sales (experience in real estate sales would be an advantage)
Immediate Joiners
Work Location : Padappai, Manivakkam, Tambaram, Thalambur, Navalur, Kalavakkam and Thiruporur.
Bike is Mandatory (Preferred to travel to any of sites)
